Predators offers all students 18 and younger, and their accompanying adult, free tickets to three preseason games -

 

Nashville, Tenn. (September 24, 2008) – Nashville Predators President of Business Operations Ed Lang announced today that the club is offering all students 18 and younger, along with their accompanying adult, the opportunity to see the Predators preseason contests for free. Now through game time for each of the three preseason games – Thursday, Sept. 25 vs. Atlanta, Saturday, Sept. 27 vs. Columbus and Thursday, Oct. 2 vs. Carolina – the best-available tickets can be picked up at the Sommet Center Box Office.

 

“This is yet another example of ownership’s ongoing commitment to developing more fan interest in the sport, and is a fantastic opportunity to expose our youth to the excitement of NHL hockey,” Lang said. “Any time we can reach out to students, give back to the community, and introduce more people Predators hockey in the process, is a winning situation. We hope these kids fall in love with the sport, and return on a regular basis, as new and long-term Predator fans.”

 

Free tickets exclude the All-You-Can-Eat and All-Inclusive Zones, and are based on availability.

 

Individual game tickets for the entire Predators 2008-09 season are on sale now, and start as low as $21. Individual game tickets may be purchased at www.nashvillepredators.com, in addition to at the Sommet Center box office, or by calling (615) 770-PUCK.

 

Predators season-ticket packages, including the Half-Season Plan (23 games starting at $440), the 13-game package (starting at $240) and the Pick-10 Package, which is designed to give the flexibility to pick and choose dates, are all still available.
