In appreciation of Jack Diller’s contribution as the first President of the Nashville Predators, the Predators and the Predators Foundation, we have created the Jack Diller Education Award.  Over the past five years we have distributed $50,000.

Many of the Predators ongoing community initiatives evolved as a result of Jack’s commitment to and belief in the educational system.

A total of four (4) scholarships each in the amount of $2,500 will be awarded in 2011. These scholarships will be awarded to students residing in Nashville and Middle Tennessee and will be presented to college-bound seniors who have excelled in the classroom, demonstrated leadership qualities in the classroom and/or athletics, and been involved in community service. All schools within this area are encouraged to nominate four (4) worthy students (2 male, 2 female) for this prestigious award.  Nominations and completed applications must be postmarked no later than February 18, 2011.
