· 8 Week Program

On Ice

Off-Ice
· 6 Training Sessions (off-ice conditioning)
o Training on Inside Turf or Court or Outside Field
· 6 Video Review Sessions to include HD League Games
*all ice session times include 10 minute zam ice cut
*off-ice training and video sessions run 30-60 minutes dependent upon week’s topic/subject
Program Format
Each week includes 2 Training Nights & 1 Game Night per Team
Weekly Example:
Night 1: Team Practice & Off-Ice Conditioning
Night 2: Game
Night 3: Player Skills & Video Review
Training Elements:
· 1 skills/tactical team practice (80 minutes on Rink)
· 1 player/positional skills training/development session (80 minutes on Rink 2)
· 1 off-ice hockey-centric training/conditioning session (30-60 minutes on Field/Turf/Court)
· 1 instructional video review session (HD games except 1st session)
Hockey Dynamics offers a dedicated teaching league with:
· High level coaches and former players of vast knowledge running pro-style practices
· Video Review sessions of HD program games
· Off-Ice speed, strength and conditioning program instructed on the turf, court or field at A-Game Sportsplex.
· Certified officials for game referees
· S*T*A*R Physical Therapy Athletic Training Facility on site

· Program availability is limited to 80 players each in the High School Division and Middle School Division
· Positions available per program (High School & Middle School):

Registration --- Register ASAP as program positions will be filled quickly
Ø Offered to all current high school aged players who are serious about improving and training – rising freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors playing high school or travel hockey.
o Rising Freshmen (9th grade) players will have option or recommendation of placement in either the High School program or the upper Middle School program (rising 7th, 8th & 9th graders)

o High School: $650 per player

Tim McAllister Program Coordinator

15 Years experience coaching youth ice hockey
10 Years experience directing, organizing and instructing youth hockey leagues and programs
4 year NCAA Division I collegiate playing career with University of Alabama, Huntsville
Tim teaches and trains numerous players from first time skaters to professional players. He trains athletes and teams both on and off the ice. He is able to analyze player technique, identify inefficiencies and develop the best course of action that will allow for players to improve. Tim has his Level 5 masters USA Hockey coaching certification and has developed numerous training development programs for players/teams/associations
Brad Guzda Lead Goaltending Coach & Assistant Coach
Brad Guzda played professional hockey from 1994-2002. Brad played in the AHL, IHL, CoHL, ECHL, WCHL, UHL, and was under contract with the Los Angeles Kings for 2 years. Currently, Brad is an Eighth Grade Teacher in Nashville TN, where he works with children who possess differentiated learning styles. When not in the classroom Brad has committed himself to teaching amateur goaltenders and players how to get the most out of their game.
Brad has taught in many hockey programs both during, and after his retirement from hockey. Most recently he has served as the GNMHA goaltender consultant and has been the goaltender coach for Hockey Dynamics. Brad brings a tremendous amount of credibility to the rink in regards to his playing experience, but equally important and unique, is the experience he brings to the rink as a Professional Educator. Brad's Degree in Education and his teaching experience allow him to communicate with aspiring goaltenders, facilitating learning with research based teaching techniques.
Carter Hays Off-Ice Training & Conditioning Staff
Carter Hays combines Faith and Fitness to deliver more than 30 years as a recognized expert in the field of wellness and fitness. That's why four of the contestants from the popular TV show, "The Biggest Loser" chose Carter to get them in shape -- including Nashville's "Cowboy," David Griffin from Season 4! From a psychiatric hospital to the world's best known gyms and his own, Carter has developed effective exercise, nutrition and lifestyle strategies for people from all walks of life, including professional athletes. Carter has trained NHL stars such as former Nashville Predator Darcy Hordichuk, as well as stars from the NFL, NBA MLB, and several Olympic sports.
Carter was a contributing editor/ author of over 30 articles for Men's Health Magazine and a contributing writer for the book, "The Power of Champions." Carter has also been a featured expert on national and local radio and TV programs, as well as in the Nashville Tennessean newspaper. His certifications and memberships include The American College of Sports Medicine, The American Council on Exercise, United States Weightlifting Club, National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Through Carter Hays Ministries, he is a frequently requested speaker and motivator at high schools, colleges, churches and corporations.
Carter has just authored his first book, “Discover Your Road to Divine Health” creating optimal health and peak performance for a life time. He is now working on his second book, "From Here Today To Eternity Now!" 120 daily strategies to activate our faith into action by how we think, and speak.
