Coaching Certification Update

We would like to thank and congratulate all of the coaches who have completed the new online age-specific modules. We appreciate the time and effort you have put into becoming the best possible coaches you can be.

Realizing the time commitment involved in being a volunteer coach and that everyone has commitments outside of the hockey world, USA Hockey has extended the deadline for completion of the online age-specific modules to January 31, 2012. With the staggered release of the modules last fall, USA Hockey feels this extension is necessary to honor the various time commitments of our coaches, especially during the holiday season.

Beginning February 1, 2012, USA Hockey's policy is that coaches who have not completed the certification and online age-specific module requirements will no longer be able to participate in team activities, including but not limited to: games, practices and off-ice activities.

Please review the updated spreadsheet regarding certification status of all GNASH Coaches by team.
